Our Early Pregnancy Essentials class is designed to optimise the health and wellbeing of our Glow families in the early stages of pregnancy.

This complementary class is led by our Community Midwife Tess, our in-house Dietitian and our pregnancy Psychologist.  During this session we will cover many valuable topics regarding health and wellbeing during pregnancy, such as: 

  • physical changes of pregnancy
  • common discomforts
  • eating for health in pregnancy
  • vitamins and minerals
  • food safety and other precautions
  • weight management
  • awareness of and adaptation to the hormonal changes experienced in pregnancy

Frequently asked pregnancy questions will be covered, including common dos and don’ts.  We will also talk to you about at what stage of your pregnancy you should commence birth preparation classes.

Partners are very welcome and highly encouraged.
